In simple terms, square footage, especially in London, means money. In parts of London a single square foot can range from £1000 per square foot to several thousand pounds.
Over the last several years we have seen a greater demand for property floor plans. This is partly down to visual demand brought on by the internet but in simple terms, when selling your property, a major factor in pricing your property is square footage. In 2023 alone, I created over 500 London floor plans.
I have multiple years experience drawing floor plans and I’m in the process of applying for RICS certification.
Floor plans are available in both print and web format, with or without your logo, and proofs will be supplied the next working day.
Laser measured accurate floorplans
At BNB Media, I provide a highly customisable professional floor plan service that tailors perfectly to your needs. Using laser meters, I’ll take sketches on site and draw them up overnight. Once completed I’ll send these over to you via Dropbox.
