Do you need your property photographing?
Very early in my photography career, I did a lot of property photography. This included both stills and virtual tour photography, and then I kind of went away from properties for a few years, during which time I photographed a lot of weddings and cars, now my photography has gone full circle and over the last four years, as of 2023, I have been photographing properties almost exclusively.
As of early 2023, I’,m photographing around 30-40 properties a month for all kinds of clients, ranging from estate agents, architects, (many) Airbnb properties, again for agents but also many private individuals, and commercial spaces. I work for a few companies, some as their only photographer, and what you see throughout both this and also this website is my very consistent style. Whether it be a 5-star hotel, a local pub, an Airbnb property, or a property for sale/rent, I’m very consistent and punctual.
You can view my client list on my About Page, but a couple of names you will have heard of are Tripadvisor, Airbnb, and Deliveroo. My work has also been featured in magazines.

My property photography combines super wide-angle shots with detail and lifestyle shots. I use high-end Nikon digital cameras with a number of lenses ranging from super wide angle to telephoto. The vast majority of my work uses natural/ambient lighting.
What property photography involves
Scheduling call or email in advance of the shoot. This works out time frames for the day and any essential shots. Checks will also be made to see if the drone can be flown legally (flight paths, private venues etc)
Photoshoots depending on location and number of rooms and complexity can take anything from 40 minutes to half a day. This will all be discussed beforehand and a price agreed
All images are supplied via Dropbox or We Transfer. Both are super simple to use
You can use the images completely free for anything you want (incl. Social Media; Facebook, Twitter etc)
Files can be provided in a number of different formats to suit your requirements
