To date I’ve photographed dozens of properties in Notting Hill and it’s a really cool area to photograph properties as every property is completely different. For example, you shoot a property in Fulham, it looks like a Fulham property, same with Maida Vale, Stratford and so forth but in Notting Hill to date, I’ve never seen a property in the same building that looks remotely the same.
Today’s property is a fantastic example. I visited the exact same building several weeks ago to photograph the ground floor flat in one of the colourful houses along Westbourne Park Road, and that was bright and modern, but in contrast this property was a basement flat with a ton of colour and style.
Decor is very warm with an old fashioned look but modern fittings. There’s two bedrooms, one bath, semi open-plan reception kitchen and a large private garden. The client decorated this warm and quirky and was keen to keep that look, so I’ve edited the photos darker than I normally would, but it suits the property.
