In the many hundreds of properties I photographed in 2023, I reckon I visited Marylebone for property shoots maybe a dozen times. A few of these properties were for sale, one or two for rental and the rest for Airbnb. Nearly all of my work either takes me around Fulham, Earls Court, Chelsea, Brixton or more north, but I don’t go to Marylebone too often.
This is a double-sided thing. All but two properties were absolutely fantastic (don’t ask about the two!) but the parking is horrifyingly expensive so it’s both good and bad I don’t go. So this property was a real surprise to visit, I was contacted via WhatsApp and after some date negotiating I visited mid day during the week and was really surprised.
As so many flats are configured nowadays in London, the flat is open plan, and again something I see so often is the reception/kitchen on one floor and the bedrooms/toilet on the other. This works really well for this flat and the level of finish was great. Marylebone is a mega-busy area for tourists so I’m sure it will do really well.
