A couple weeks ago (mid November 2025) I was asked by one of my longest standing clients if I could photograph a two floor flat in Notting Hill which turned out to be an absolute delight. Most of the properties I’ve visited in Notting Hill to date have been really fantastic and this is one of the best I’ve seen.
This property mixes modern and cosy, with a large reception, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and downstairs there are three bedrooms, all of which are an excellent size. From either the dining room or the rear downstairs bedroom you can access a particularly large and pleasant garden although gardens never quite look their best at this time of the year with all the trees and plants a bit dead.
I was also asked to do a floorplan for this, which I have attached at the bottom. All in all a really fantastic property.
