At the time of writing this I’ve been photographing properties for just over 20 years and in that time I’ve photographed somewhere in the region of 7-8000 properties, so it takes a lot for me to go to a property and go “wow, that’s cool”. Today’s property is a “wow, that’s cool”.
This house is called the Round House and sits in Kensington on the site of a former MOT centre. The owners are architects and they designed the house to look as it is and this was super interesting to walk around and photograph.
Starting in the entrance you have an absolutely enormous kitchen, large reception and outdoor swimming pool. Between the ground and first floor is a slide along the stairs, very cool, and then when you reach the first floor it spans off into different directions but horizontally and vertically. There are two roof terraces, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms as well as on-site parking
There’s a ton of storage space throughout, decor is very modern but with lots of arty touches throughout, there’s a delightful children’s TV room and I love the main bedroom.
This is a very cool property in a great part of London, equal distances from Shepherds Bush, Kensington, the Olympia and Holland Park and just ten minutes away from Notting Hill.
