Interior Property

Perfect lighting, wide-angle shots, detail shots, using a combination of techniques gained from many years of experience, I’ll create a set of photos that will perfectly showcase your property and wow your customers.
The best homes photographed are ones that have been prepared the most. Make sure cables are tucked away, all animal products are hidden, cushions and pillows fluffed, bedding stretched, and don’t be afraid to inject a load of colour into your property. I can give you many tips on how to prepare your property.
Exterior Property
Photography
Naturally we love taking photos on beautiful sunny days but we do live in the UK, so the weather can change at a moments notice. I’m an expert at photoshopping skies into photos so unless it’s absolutely pouring down with rain you’ll end up with a set of beautiful exterior photos.
As with interior photos, make sure your externals spaces are as tidy and clean as possible. Put away brooms, rakes, buckets, hoses, trim your lawn, if possibly remove cars from driveways.
The more you can do, the better the photos will look.
How to prepare your
home for photography
This is something I get asked a lot, “what should I do to prepare my home for photos?”. First of all, make sure your home is as clean as possible. Put away cleaning supplies, straighten pictures on walls, clean kitchen counters and make sure you close your toilet seats.
If your home is quite plain, put some pictures up where possible and lots of little details do make a big difference.
The cleaner and more presentable your home, the better for photos. While I can and do photoshop a lot of things out of photos, more effort on your part will produce better end results.
What property photography involves
Scheduling call or email in advance of the shoot. This works out time frames for the day and any essential shots. Checks will also be made to see if the drone can be flown legally (flight paths, private venues etc)
Photoshoots depending on location and number of rooms and complexity can take anything from 40 minutes to half a day. This will all be discussed beforehand and a price agreed
All images are supplied via Dropbox or We Transfer. Both are super simple to use
You can use the images completely free for anything you want (incl. Social Media; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc)
Files can be provided in a number of different formats to suit your requirements
Residential Property Photography
Starting at £120
Nothing is more essential for selling or renting your property than great property photography. There is a consensus around London that if your listing, whether it be for residential, commercial or Airbnb purposes, doesn’t have at least six really strong photos, you won’t sell. I have been photographing properties for over a decade, have worked with all kinds of clients and can provide a photography service that will maximise your sales.

As well as photography, I also offer packages that include floor plans. Other services including drone footage, Matterport tours can be booked separately.
