Logan Place Earls Court photographed by property photographer London.
One of the most fascinating things I find as a London property photographer, is all the blue plaques that mark the former residences of famous people. For example, I do a lot of work in Fulham and I regularly walk past a plaque dedicated to Gandhi. This previous Friday I photographed a really underwhelming propert in St John’s Wood where George Orwell had once lived (must note his property is long gone and replaced by the mentioned underwhelming property).
Today’s property doesn’t have a famous resident as it’s a new build but just several doors down the road lies Garden Lodge, which was Freddie Mercury’s final home before passing. Apparently his home went on the market this year for £30 million but sadly I don’t work the estate agent selling it so zero change of me visiting it, but how cool.
Today’s property is a seriously impressive one. I’ve been in this building twice before and the last flat I visited was underwhelming. That flat was a good space but had been trashed by the tenants so was very hard to judge, but today’s property was ultra modern and very clean throughout.
This flat is made up of a particularly large open-plan reception kitchen, three really good sized bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. a roof terrace with stunning views of the area and as mentioned a really modern decor.
This Logan Place apartment is one of the best properties I’ve seen in the area, very very impressive.
