Maida Vale is a really interesting area to take photos in, properties tend to be either really lovely or not so great. Some of the nicest properties I’ve photographed in London have been around the Maida Vale area but equally, some of the worst have been in the same area.
One part of Maida Vale that rarely disappoints is Little Venice, which is just off the centre of Maida Vale. Little Venice is characterised by the canal which starts with Rembrandt Gardens and along Formosa Street there are some absolutely delightful shops and cafes, which all year round always seem to be quite busy.
This property is a lower ground floor flat at the beginning of Warwick Avenue, just off the motorway but far enough that you don’t hear it, and right alongside the shops on Formosa Street. Transport links are superb, again being right by the motorway and Warwick Avenue station is on the doorstep.
Inside, this propery has one bedroom, a bright colourful reception room leading to quite lovely communal gardens, a bright modern separate kitchen, tons of storage and a really comfortable homely feel throughout. This is a great Little Venice Airbnb.
