Kensington is a relatively large part of London and has a real mixture of properties. The west side of Kensington isn’t so great and the northern tip has Shepherds Bush (mixed feelings about Shepherds Bush) on one side and Holland Park on the other (what a contrast). South Kensington however is absolutely lovely and neighbours both Chelsea and Earls Court, both areas of which I’ve become really familiar with.
One of the best properties I photographed in South Kensington is this property very close to Earls Court. It’s not the largest property but I thought the combination of location, being an upper floor so pretty quiet, and the decor throughout was completely charming. This last year I must have photographed in the region of 1000 properties but for this area this one stood out.
