Hampstead Show House by London property photographer.
I love photographing show homes as they are usually fully prepared for photography, which means I can go in, take photos, and be done in a relatively short period of time. It drives me nuts when I go to properties and people have just started preparing them.
Years ago when I lived in Edinburgh, I remember doing one job where the owner was adamant I arrived at his property at a certain time, then when I arrived he said “We have the bed arriving in 30 minutes and I’ve just started painting. You don’t mind hanging around do you?”.
Thankfully this hasn’t happened to quite that extent in London and with show homes, I usually get really specific instructions about things they want and don’t want which again really helps me work.
A major part of this particular job was to capture a Matterport tour which you can view below the photos.
