Coleherne Court, Earls Court, by London property photographer.
I was booked to photograph this property in Coleherne Court in central Earls Court early in 2023. At this point I was quite new to Earls Court so didn’t know much about the location or history of this building, other than it being in an incredible location and close to the Boltons, which is generally regarded as a billionaire’s area.
So I went into this flat and it’s huge, absolutely massive inside. Both the kitchen, reception room and one of the bedrooms lead to the most stunning communal gardens I’ve seen in London, and after completion of the job I found out Princess Diana at one point lived in the building.
This property has four bedrooms, the longest hallway I’ve seen in London, tons of colour, very modern kitchen, large amounts of storage space and at the point of photographing was up for rental. At roughly 2000sq ft in size this was rented out almost immdiately and will have commanded a really hefty price (as it should).
