Today’s property is a fabulous modern townhouse along Oakley Street in Chelsea. Oakley Street itself, which I have visited a couple times for property photos, connects central Chelsea with Albert Bridge and at one end of the road is Cheyne Walk which has always been a location for the rich and famous.
Talking about famous, a Bob Marley Blue Plaque is just a few doors down from this particular property. If you’re unaware of the many blue plaques around London, these are nominated plaques that show where many of the rich and famous have lived throughout London.
This Chelsea Townhouse was photographed for the rental market is spread over four floors. The lower ground floor has a large kitchen, patio area, bedroom, bathroom, and cellar. The ground floor is a reception with a bar area.
The first floor is a study and a huge reception and the other floors are bedrooms and one floor has a roof terrace. Decor is bright, modern and no doubt the rental price is going to be obscenely expensive but what a fabulous property and area.
