Chelsea Creek Tower.
Most of my estate agent to date, in London at least, takes me around Chelsea, Earls Court, and Fulham. Maida Vale, Notting Hill, and Chelsea Creek is one development that I tend to visit a few times each month.
First of all the flats, there are usually really quite lovely and going there has given me several experiences. First of all, I feel sorry for the concierges that work there, some of the property owners there are often a massive pain and give them a lot of grief. Another thing, easily the most offensive tenant I have ever met was in Chelsea Creek Tower. The flats are super modern, there are great leisure facilities and it’s a really good location.
This flat was photographed on the 20th-something floor with great views overlooking not only Chelsea Creek but also Chelsea Powerhouse, Chelsea Harbour, and on the right day Fulham itself. As you’ll notice from these photos, the weather was pretty awful on the day so the views in the photos aren’t fabulous but you deal with what you can.
The lounge and kitchen is open plan, very modern, has 3 really good-sized bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, an extra bathroom, huge storage, and balconies all around. If I remember correctly square footage was around 1800 and it’s on the market for £2 million.
I also captured a Matterport tour for this Chelsea Creek Tower apartment,
